Being a fighter is not just having the ability to "fight" well. It is having the ability, patience, commitment and having that overall "CHAMPIONSHIP" mentality.
Keeping in mind that we all love to have fun, we all love the finer things in life; however, this is another key element that makes a fighter a fighter. Often we do not get to hangout, have the casual drink, vacation etc, because there is work to be done. It is important for one to be clean and focused in body, mind and spirit when preparing for battle. Which means taking caution to what one eats, drinks, listens to, or even gives mental energy is critical to his or her success.
